Membership Eligibility (User & Service Provider)

You acknowledge that you are legally eligible to enter into binding contracts with Bharat Imarat and are at least 18 years of age, as per applicable laws in India, to avail services offered by Bharat Imarat.

Registration is mandatory for accessing various services on this Platform. By verifying your email or mobile number and registering as a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

REGISTRATION

Your registration as a member on Bharat Imarat's Platform, or your use of any features and services, whether as a registered member or visitor, signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy provided herein. These terms automatically apply to any new services or features introduced on the Platform.

Online Registration-To become a member of Bharat Imarat, you must first create an account by providing personal information such as your name, email or mobile number, and current city of residence. Internet Communication Protocol Information-When you visit Bharat Imarat's Platform, standard Internet communication protocol details are logged, including the website URL you accessed from, your computer's IP address, your ISP's IP address, and technical attributes of your computer. Password-For security, it is advisable to regularly change your login password. Your password should include a combination of alphabets, numbers, and special characters. Contacting Businesses through the Platform

Bharat Imarat uses virtual numbers to facilitate contact with service providers, referred to as User Virtual Numbers (UVNs). Bharat Imarat reserves the right to contact Users and Service Providers via SMS, email, or call, regardless of their NDNC status. By using our Platform, you waive any objections regarding communication methods described above.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All content available for public access on Bharat Imarat's Platform is protected by copyright. Your use of this content must adhere to the following terms, unless you are the original contributor to the content on this Platform:

• Downloading Content: Downloading any content from the Platform is unauthorized and prohibited.

• Modifying Content: You may not modify any downloaded or printed content from the Platform or make any additional representations or warranties related to it. Any attempt to modify content shall be considered unauthorized access.

• It's important to know that any images added to your Instagram, Facebook, and other social media profiles will automatically update on our company’s site, ensuring your profile remains current.

These terms incorporate the "Terms of Use" for Users of this Platform, except where they conflict with the terms provided herein, in which case the terms provided herein shall prevail.

As a Service Provider, you agree not to post or list any service offerings that are prohibited by state or local laws in India or any other applicable jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Prohibited Service Offerings- Service offerings that are prohibited by Indian laws, regulations, sanctions, or trade restrictions, including those that promote illegal activities, pornography, sexual content, hatred, violence, or religious intolerance, are strictly forbidden on the Platform. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of any service offering listed on the Platform under applicable laws.

As a Service Provider, you affirm that all information uploaded or listed on the Platform is accurate. As a Service Provider you agree to list the service offerings in the right category and accurately describe the service offerings. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to use our Service in accordance with all Terms & Conditions herein.

You shall be courteous and treat Users of the Platform with dignity and respect. You hereby agree that Bharat Imarat at its discretion is entitled to unilaterally remove your listing from the Platform without any liability and take appropriate action against you , in case of User complaint on complicit or derogatory treatment.

Accuracy of Information- By using the Platform, you warrant that all information provided by you or members associated with your service or household, including but not limited to your name, email address, street address, telephone number, credit card number (when required), and details of your service offerings such as their description (when required), is true and accurate. You may also be requested to submit certain government documents for the purpose of authenticating your listings. You declare that all documents submitted are true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

Bharat Imarat disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for any harm resulting from your use of third party Services, and you hereby irrevocably waive any claim against Bharat Imarat with respect to the content or operation of any third party services.

REPORTING ISSUES

If you identify any inaccuracies in service offerings or other information attributed to a specific listing that require correction, please notify us in writing with the following details:

• Your name and address as provided in a valid Identity/Address proof issued by any Government of India or State Government.

• Detailed statement explaining why the service offering/other information attributed to a business is incorrect and needs to be amended.

• Specific details of the changes needed on the Platform.

• A statement affirming that you believe in good faith that the suggested amendments will accurately reflect the service offering/information of the business.

• A declaration that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the respective business.
